What is your shipping policy?

All in-stock items ship within 2 business days of the time the order was placed. Bottled teas are made to order and may take up to 4 business days to be prepared for shipment. If you place an order that includes a bottled drink, the entire order will be held until the drinks are ready for shipment.

DOMESTIC

USPS is our preferred shipping partner, and all orders will be shipped US Parcel unless another shipping category is chosen at the time of purchase. Please add our email addresses to your address book to ensure proper communication once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL

All International shipments will be made using the customers’ preferred shipping method. If for some reason we are billed for customs after your order has shipped, you will be required to pay the invoice immediately upon receipt. We will contact you in the event this happens and appreciate your prompt reconciliation.

What kind of capsules do you use?

Pullulan capsules (Vegan) are made from Pullulan starch, also known as amylose. Pullulan capsules have an oxygen barrier eight times stronger than that of a gelatin capsule, and 300x stronger than that of HPMC capsules.

How do I order wholesale?

Please submit our wholesale application for consideration of our supplements to be placed in your health based business to retail.

Do you make your own supplements or do you outsource?

All of our supplement capsules, powders, elixirs, tinctures, skincare, teas, and other herbal blends are made in small batches at our facility. We formulate each blend based on the HERO System and each product is hand mixed & packaged.

How is your Seamoss product different than other capsules and gels on the market?

Our Seamoss capsules are formulated with Adaptogens and Adrenal herbs using the Afrivedic™ approach. Plus, there are 3 different sea herbs in the blend that are highly potent. FYI - gels are water based and hold 1/100th of the potency of our herbal capsules.
